Our architecture studio brings design closer to people's daily lives in order to improve their lifestyle. It is born from the union between design and work.
We advise from the search for land, we design the preliminary architectural project, basic and executive project, selection and tendering of the builder, visa management, building licences and procedures, to the completion of the construction management and construction management.
We start with a meeting where we talk about your ideas, wishes and objectives. We make visits to the house/premises which allow us to advise, give our technical perspective. Several options of space distribution are made, a budget is developed in order to compare and decide.
We advise with the search for premises, we prepare the certificate of urban development compatibility, a prior step to obtain the activity licence, depending on the case we carry out the interior design project or directly the activity project so that you can start the activity as soon as possible.
We study your home to identify the improvements that can be made to reduce energy consumption. We will check insulation, airtightness, interior temperature control and air quality. The possibilities will be presented, leaving the client to choose which improvements they want to implement.
Often the process of applying for licenses is tedious and uncomfortable, from the study we develop and draft all technical documentation. you need to obtain the licence. We also carry out expert opinions that can help you in legal cases, negotiations or expert evidence.
